Brenda holds the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Certified New Home Specialist (CNHS) and Short Sale Home Foreclosure Certifications. In San Diego, she worked with homebuilder DR Horton where she aided in the successful completion of many sales. She also worked with HomeFed Corporation, a real estate development company that specializes in creating vibrant master-planned communities.
In addition to real estate, Brenda is very active in the community as she has always been passionate about making a difference. She is a mentor at Unidos Now to two high school juniors and has volunteered with the Tanzania’s Children’s Fund, Hug it Forward, and Tijuana Orphanages. She is a member of the National Association of Professional Women and the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals. Happily married for thirty years, she first met her husband in Orlando, Florida on a blind date to her high school senior prom. They have two grown children, Shanell, and John. On the weekends, you may find her enjoying life on the water, fishing on her dock, kayaking, or paddleboarding to sandbars with her dog, Oreo.
